Risboro' Lacemakers !
Welcome!
This is machine made lace;
there must be prickings for handmade ones, what an unusual project that would be!
Who could resist wearing this lace jabot to celebrate, have a wonderful evening
Burn's Night!
A warm welcome from our Chairman.........

Risboro Lacemakers are a group of ladies of all ages and abilities who meet monthly to make lace, exchange ideas and generally enjoy each other’s company. We do not actually teach lace, but we are happy to help anyone who has a little knowledge to increase their skill and expertise. We meet on the fourth Wednesday each month in the Cherry Baker Room, Princes Risborough Community Centre.
Members benefit from a mutual exchange of ideas and projects. We have one or two workshops during the year on lace and allied crafts. Our annual Lace Day is now well established and is held in the Village Hall, Lacey Green. It attracts a large number of lacemakers from neighbouring Lace groups and again participants benefit from an exchange of ideas.
We have an interesting selection of books in our lending library which is completely free to members.
We always welcome anyone interested to come and visit us before deciding to become a full member of the Lace group, when we would hope you will find a warm welcome.
